Dennis Owens Jr

Dennis Owens Jr discovered his love for cooking at a young age by helping his mom
cook for his siblings. While in High School he worked at Chick-Fil-A in various roles from
front of the house to kitchen, management and advertisement as the Chick-Fil-A
mascot. He mastered his craft by working in various restaurants in the Tampa Bay area
and was one of the chefs to open Tibby’s of New Orleans Restaurant in Brandon.
Dennis has extensive management experience in restaurants. Dennis has a flair for
creating dishes that are creative and unforgettable. Dennis creations reflect his
dedication to preserving tradition while infusing it with new and exciting flavors. Dennis
has participated in cooking contest throughout South Florida and has placed first in
authentic soul food. Dennis enjoys experimenting with new recipes and creating his own
touch. He enjoys demonstrating his talents to others with food demonstrations. Dennis
decided to leave the chain restaurants and join his mother and grandmother in their
business as Chef and general manager. He currently assists with day-to-day operations
of the business and brings his expertise in management and cooking to the business.

from her grandmother. Over the years, she has honed her skills and perfected her craft through
various experiences. From hosting events to cooking for large gatherings such as schools,
professional organizations, weddings, and church groups, La’Tasha has showcased her talent and
passion for creating delicious dishes that bring people together.
La’Tasha is passionate about cooking and delights in crafting delicious meals for her clients. Her
culinary creations are not only flavorful but also reflect her dedication to providing exceptional
dining experiences. With a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to flavors and
presentation, La’Tasha takes pride in offering dishes that not only satisfy taste buds but also leave
a lasting impression on those who enjoy them. Whether she is preparing a simple dish or a
gourmet feast, La’Tasha’s commitment to quality and her love for cooking shine through in every
bite. Her clients are sure to savor the care and expertise she puts into each meal she prepares.
